Since 2018, Stoke Park conservation group have been helping to restore both the habitat and the parks historic features. Examples of work undertaken are planting trees, hedgerows and a new orchard, installing drainage under the M32, restoration of species grassland, and much more. One of their major projects has been restoring three dew ponds. Having spotted in two ponds - the Great Crested Newts, Natural England have given funding to specifically help this threatened species.
