In early 2018, Tobacco Factory decided to buy five acres of land near Backwell, in Bristol after their ’Strike a light for Independents’ campaign to help support local organisations. This allowed them to further their values to become a sustainable company by being able to grow and use their own fresh produce for seasoned menus for their cafe and also sell the farms produce in their farm shop. This project was a collaboration of me taking photographs of their farm which in return they would get social media coverage and content.
